Important Disclaimer: NeverEat is an entertainment and craving-relief simulator. No actual food is delivered, no real payments are charged, and all virtual balances are simulated.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the NeverEat mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service & Simulation Disclaimer

NeverEat provides a simulated food ordering experience designed for entertainment, mindfulness, and budget awareness. You explicitly acknowledge and understand that:

No food, drinks, or physical goods will be prepared or delivered to your address.
All transaction amounts, credit card numbers, and receipts displayed in the App are completely fictitious.
The simulated driver calls, tracking map, and savings counters are designed solely for psychological entertainment and craving mitigation.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, UI designs, and original recipes included in the App are the property of NeverEat and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

NeverEat is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. In no event shall NeverEat or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with standard international software distribution practices and Apple App Store guidelines.
